Underground Service Connections Program
On the Underground Service Connections Program for a large Midwest utility and its municipal bike share operator partner, Caliber serves as the project management contractor of choice. We completed 21 sites in 2025 and have 80 more underway in 2026, with scope spanning customer engagement, the city's underground coordination (OUC), distribution design engineering, permitting, and construction management.
New Customer EV Program
Caliber serves as the preferred program management partner for a major Midwest investor-owned utility's New Customer EV Program. Since 2024, we have energized more than 180 sites with over 1,000 charging ports, with another 150 sites underway for 2026. Our end-to-end delivery spans infrastructure project management, customer management, and design engineering, transforming the program into a data-driven, scalable operation that earned the client a national Top Innovator in Electrification Award, where Caliber played a pivotal role.
