Divvy / Lyft Underground Service Program
Caliber delivers financial forecasting, cost tracking, and management support across ComEd’s new business portfolio, supporting 1,000+ projects across seven departments since 2023. With multidisciplinary expertise spanning engineering, field operations, and program controls, Caliber provides seamless support across all project phases, including OUC review management and New Business service request processing.
New Customer EV Program
As a preferred partner to ComEd, Caliber provides end-to-end program management for the New Customer EV initiative, transforming it into a data-driven, transparent, and scalable program. Since 2024, Caliber has energized 120+ sites with over 1,000 charging ports, with another 150 sites underway for 2026. The program earned ComEd the William Hammer Top Innovator in Electrification Award (PUF), where Caliber played a pivotal role. Caliber also serves as the preferred partner for all Walmart EV services.
Project Support Services
Caliber served as ComEd’s Project Management Contractor of choice, delivering underground electric service to Chicago’s Divvy bike stations. Scope included customer engagement, OUC coordination, conduit design, engineering oversight, scheduling, permitting, and construction management. Caliber successfully completed 21 sites in 2024, on track for 39 sites in 2025, and has been awarded 80 additional sites for 2026.
